Senior Talent Development Associate

About the Role

Our client is looking for a Senior Talent Development Associate to help deliver and enhance employee learning and development programs. This role combines training facilitation, content development, LMS administration, career development, and learning analytics. The successful candidate will work closely with leaders and internal subject matter experts to support employee growth and organizational development.

What You’ll Do

Learning & Development

Partner with leaders and subject matter experts to identify development needs and create learning solutions. Support career development initiatives and track employee participation and progress. Recommend new learning approaches, technologies, and delivery methods to improve engagement and effectiveness. Use feedback, assessments, and training data to evaluate programs and identify opportunities for improvement.

Training & Facilitation

Deliver onboarding, professional skills, and compliance training through in-person, virtual, and blended formats. Plan and coordinate training sessions, including scheduling, communications, materials, and participant logistics. Facilitate engaging sessions for employees across different levels and functions.

Content & Program Development

Create and update presentations, e-learning modules, facilitator guides, and other learning resources. Ensure training content remains accurate, relevant, and aligned with organizational and regulatory requirements. Adapt existing programs based on evolving business needs and employee feedback.

LMS & Reporting

Administer the LMS, maintaining accurate employee records, course completion data, and training requirements. Monitor outstanding training and follow up to ensure compliance. Prepare reports and dashboards highlighting training activity, completion rates, and key trends. Identify opportunities to improve LMS processes, reporting, and user experience.

What You Bring

3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, corporate training, talent development, or a related field. Strong experience with training facilitation, public speaking, and group presentations. Experience developing or maintaining training and e-learning content. Hands-on experience with an LMS and training administration. Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong classroom management and presentation abilities. Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, or a related discipline is preferred. Experience within a corporate, financial services, or automotive environment is an asset.
