Job summary
Aviso is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Management to join its People & Culture team in Canada. You will act as an internal consultant across management levels, shaping talent identification, succession planning, leadership development, and performance strategies to meet business objectives.
You will collaborate to develop an enterprise-wide leadership model, leverage Workday for talent programs, and scale leadership initiatives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in talent management or organizational development.
- 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a financial services company.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources or related field; CHRP preferred.
Responsibilities
- Act as an in-house consultant to HR Business Partners and management on talent identification, succession planning, competency development, learning, and leadership assessment.
- Develop an enterprise-wide leadership model and translate business strategy into leadership requirements.
- Lead talent assessment, succession planning, and integration of talent programs with Workday.
- Identify development needs and design programs for leadership development and succession.
- Analyze enterprise talent data and prepare materials for senior leadership and the board.
