Aviso, a leading wealth management provider in Canada, is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Management to partner with the People & Culture team. You will drive leadership development initiatives and talent strategies across the organization, from onboarding through the leadership pipeline.

As a senior HR professional, you will lead in-depth competencies, performance management, and succession planning while collaborating with business leaders to achieve strategic goals and build a sustainable

Strategic partnerships to advise on leadership development and talent management.
Experience shaping employee development from onboarding through career progression.
Ability to translate business strategy into leadership requirements and programs.

Responsibilities

Act as in-house consultant to HR Business Partners and management on talent identification, succession planning, competency development, and performance management.
Collaborate cross-functionally to develop enterprise leadership models and frameworks.
Integrate talent programs into Workday with HR Systems and refine succession planning processes.
Define development plans and programs to support leadership growth and talent mobility.
Analyze enterprise talent data and prepare materials for senior leadership and board discussions.
