Job summary

Quantum Management Services Ltd. in Toronto is seeking a Senior Learning & Development Specialist to join on a 12-month maternity leave contract. Qualifications

• Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in training, teaching or a related field preferred.

Are you a high-energy learning professional who can walk into a room, command attention, and make training memorable?

Our client is looking for a Senior Learning & Development Specialist to join their team on a 12-month maternity leave contract.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong training delivery and presentation skills with hands‑on LMS administration experience - specifically Oracle. You'll be supporting established learning programs, keeping content and systems running smoothly, and ensuring employees have an engaging, seamless learning experience.

What we're looking for:

• 3-5 years of experience in training delivery, learning coordination or L&D support
• Hands‑on LMS experience, ideally Oracle
• Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills
• A confident, engaging and energetic communication style
• Someone who is creative and knows how to capture and hold an audience's attention
• Strong PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experience with blended learning/eLearning is an asset
• Finance or auto finance experience is an asset
• Bachelor's degree in training, teaching or a related field is preferred

A key part of this role: The client has recently launched new programs, so this position is less about building a large number of brand-new programs and more about delivering, maintaining, administering and continuously improving existing learning initiatives.
