  • Partner closely with Enterprise L&D points of contact (POCs) and Tech partners to leverage, adapt, and build upon existing global strategies while fostering strong cross‑border working relationships
  • Act as the primary L&D contact for Tech leaders and SMEs to gather information and validate training materials and programs
  • Support efforts to promote a culture of growth and innovation within Tech teams by creating clear learning paths and development opportunities
  • Assist the L&D Manager in implementing strategies designed to drive high levels of engagement and retention among Tech associates
  • Support internal communications and knowledge‑sharing initiatives to build a strong, unified team identity
  • Optimize the use of internal learning technologies to ensure seamless content delivery and easy access for all team members
  • Implement robust evaluation strategies to measure L&D program effectiveness regarding engagement and team performance
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s in Education or Instructional Design; or at least 2 years of experience being a learning experience designer in Financial Services

  • Proven ability to quickly develop trusted relationships and navigate networks to find the right people
  • Strong change management skills
  • Ability to influence up and across multiple levels
  • Proven ability to work autonomously in a fast paced environment
