Job summary

Qualifications

• Growth mindset with adaptability and change leadership.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in learning and development, instructional design, and/or learning technology administration.
• Strong organizational, project-management, relationship-building, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Hands-on experience designing and facilitating learning programs for corporate and/or frontline audiences.
• Experience using AI-enabled learning technology solutions, including LMS platforms, e-learning authoring tools, dashboards and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Designs, manages, and evaluates L&D programs using adult learning principles.
• Leads projects with leaders, HR Business Partners, SMEs and stakeholders to identify needs and deploy practical solutions.
• Owns learning programs end-to-end from analysis to deployment and improvement.
• Administers LMS, coordinates logistics, and supports reporting for core programs.
• Develops learning assets using AI-enabled methods and promotes adoption across sites.
• Partners with Communications to promote learning opportunities and maintain intranet resources.
