Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in strategic account management or client-facing roles.
• Strong track record negotiating renewals and managing complex relationships.
• Ability to interpret retainer utilization, budgets, margins for non-technical stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of software development lifecycle and modern tech tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial relationship and project success for ~12 high-value accounts.
• Lead quarterly business reviews for each account with priorities, risks, and plans.
• Shape client technology roadmaps and align scope with delivery models.
