Qualifications

  • 3+ years of general office experience preferred, with exposure to business planning an asset.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels within the organization.
  • Previous operations exposure is beneficial.

This role reports to the Director, Finance Planning, Business Operations and Intelligence, and supports management with reports and analysis. It includes weekly/monthly corporate-wide reporting and analysis (e.g., Marketing Budget status, Market Share analysis, macro-economic reports) and various ad hoc projects. The role requires coordination with Divisions (Marketing, Sales, Finance, etc.) for implementing and communicating initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze company processes and operations and identify improvement opportunities (Sales, Finance, Logistics, etc.).
  • Review, analyze and interpret financial data and operational data; identify reasons for variances and communicate with Sales / Credit / Sales Admin to consolidate improvement plans.
  • Coordinate with various departments to meet ad-hoc HQ and NAHQ report requests on a regular and irregular basis.
  • Research and organize market sensing reports (FX, oil price, competitors, customers, etc.).
  • Consolidate corporate-wide reports prepared by other Divisions (Sales, Marketing, Service, etc.) into one corporate document and ensure uniform formatting.
  • Support creation of executive-level business reports.
  • Provide general support for the CFO (arrange and support meetings with HQ / NAHQ Visitors, etc.).

Skills and Qualifications

Education :

  • University degree preferred (preferably in business & economics or similar).

Knowledge :

  • Fluent in English and Korean (speaking, reading, writing).
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other Office products.
  • Enterprise Reporting System exposure (preferably SAP) is ideal.

Experience :

  • 3+ years of general office experience preferred (some exposure to business planning is an asset).
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels within the organization.
  • Previous operations exposure is beneficial.
