What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee market success of Employee Workflows products, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must reside in Ottawa and have experience selling into Federal accounts
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in specialty solutions with a focus on return on investment
- Proven experience in an account executive or alternative sales/customer service role
- Strong understanding of business sales processes
- Ability to travel 30-50% of the time
