Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in business aircraft interior completion, preferably in seat design or integration.
• Excellent organizational skills and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Support Request for Change (RFC) processes and implement corrective actions.
• Contribute to the development of seat upholstery and mechanical systems.
• Translate customer requests into feasible engineering solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Lead technical integration meetings for Program Change Requests.
