What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Understand and work with the Salesforce platform, specifically Sales Cloud and its components
- Develop and integrate solutions using Salesforce APIs, LWC, and Visualforce pages
- Deliver technical documentation and contribute to solution development estimates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party technical experts
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team
Qualifications
- Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years of experience with Salesforce CRM, including Sales Cloud, APEX, Visualforce, and LWC
- Experience with integration tools like Data Loader, Workbench, and MuleSoft
- Familiarity with Salesforce release cycles and change management processes
- Basic knowledge of version control systems such as Git
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, including Case Management and Omnichannel features
- Knowledge of Collaborative Forecasting and Pipeline Analytics
- Familiarity with third-party integration tools like Zapier
