Qualifications

The Total Wealth 360 team within Global Wealth Engineering is driving a multi-year digital transformation to deliver a best-in-class Advisor Desktop for Canadian Wealth Management (CWM). To support this journey, we’re seeking a bright, knowledgeable, and curious Senior Salesforce Developer with hands-on Salesforce experience to lead and elevate our quality engineering strategy. This is a unique opportunity to join an agile, dynamic, and innovation-driven lab environment, working with the latest tools and technologies to expand the capabilities of our Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) platform. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping a unified, single-pane-of-glass experience for our Advisors—bringing together data, workflows, and insights into one seamless interface.

Responsibilities
  • Ability to collaborate with senior leaders from Business and Technology to design long-term Business-Technology roadmap for individual Salesforce orgs
  • Ability to design and implement Enterprise Org strategy for multiple Salesforce orgs Bank-wide
  • Work with cross-team product owners, developers and test engineers to support QA processes
  • Establish and enforce governance for implementing Salesforce at the Bank
  • Must be well versed with Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce Integration Patterns
  • Must be familiar with Integrating Salesforce with other cloud based application systems using REST and SOAP APIs
  • Must have worked on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience and 10+ years of overall experience in enterprise systems
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with Lightning Web Components and Aura Framework
  • Experience with deployment processes and release management processes using tools like Bitbucket/Git, Jenkins and Salesforce DX
  • Familiarity with package-based deployments, Metadata API and Ant Migration Tool
  • Hands-on experience with data integration tools such as Data Loader, Data Stage, Talend, and Mulesoft
  • Ability to troubleshoot failures, perform root cause analysis and use internal defect tracking tools to create detailed, high-quality error reports
  • Experience working in Agile environments (SCRUM/Kanban) and collaborating across multiple teams
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent required
  • At least 2 or more certifications on Salesforce from the following before joining (certifications will be checked and validated):
  • Salesforce Developer 1
  • Salesforce Developer 2
  • Salesforce Platform App Builder
