Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5+ years of experience in sales or account management (packaging industry preferred).
• Demonstrated success in sales, lead generation, and account management.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence within complex organizations.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities.
• Support the creation and negotiation of contracts for assigned accounts.
• Develop and track account plan objectives in accordance with established guidelines.
• Establish, maintain, and strengthen strategic business relationships with key account stakeholders.
• Maintaining and growing revenue through retention, value-added offerings, and business development opportunities.
