Job summary

IN DEMAND Recruitment & Consulting Inc. seeks a Senior Account Executive for 100% remote outside sales in Calgary and surrounding area. The role targets closing new business, maintaining key accounts and achieving sales budgets with a base salary plus commissions.

The candidate will manage prospecting, retention strategies and contract negotiations with clients, while aligning with leadership on pricing and product solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (accredited) or equivalent.
• High School Diploma or GED with 4 years’ relative work experience.
• 4 years of B2B sales, cold calling and prospecting resulting in customer appointments.
• Salesforce CRM knowledge.
• Sponsorship not available; Canadian citizen or permanent residency required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow billable value in assigned accounts.
• Initiate business-to-business sales relationships.
• Prospect and close sales opportunities to meet budgeted goals.
• Develop prospect plans and maintain CRM data to drive new sales.
• Maintain retention by proactive calls and resolving cancellations.
• Propose customer solutions and coordinate with Area Sales Managers.
• Understand customers’ needs, pricing and competition to guide proposals.
