A global technology firm based in Toronto is looking for a Sales Operations professional to enhance the Sales Ops function in support of Uber for Business. This role involves driving alignment with sales leadership, handling data analysis, and refining operational processes. Candidates should have at least 3 years of relevant experience, excellent skills in Excel and SQL, and a Bachelor’s degree. The salary ranges from CAD$114,000 to CAD$127,000 annually, and various employee benefits are available.
We are seeking a Sales Operations pro to support the Sales Ops function for Uber for Business, acting as a trusted partner to Sales leadership while driving alignment between strategy and execution. Our Sales Ops team supports and enables frontline GTM teams to sell & service more efficiently and effectively by providing strategic direction and reducing friction in the GTM process. This role will play a key role in optimizing performance and enabling sustainable growth across our Enterprise segments.
This role requires strong operational rigor, analytical depth, and executive-level communication. The right candidate will help us provide more visibility, direction, and strategic oversight on target setting, account prioritization, share of wallet penetration, and pipeline management to unlock more growth for U4B!

For Canada-based roles: The base salary range for this role is CAD$114,000 per year - CAD$127,000 per year.
