Job summary

Directive Consulting is seeking an Associate Director, Revenue Operations to lead and scale its RevOps practice. This senior, client-facing role combines people leadership with deep technical expertise across Salesforce, marketing automation, and HubSpot.

You will partner with the Director of Revenue Operations to lead a team of RevOps Strategists, oversee complex engagements, and stay hands-on in client environments, guiding architecture, audits, and implementations when needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Revenue Operations, CRM consulting, or related work.
• Agency/consultancy experience with multiple client engagements.
• Active Salesforce Administrator Certification and hands-on Sales Cloud expertise.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and lead a team of Revenue Operations strategists.
• Escalation point for complex client and technical challenges.
• Oversee strategic client relationships and ensure quality.
• Lead audits, implementations, integrations, and optimization of Salesforce and marketing automation.
• Provide hands-on expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Pardot, and HubSpot.
• Design lifecycle architecture, lead management, routing, automation, and data governance.
• Translate technical findings to clear executive recommendations.
• Review strategist work for accuracy and quality.
• Identify expansion opportunities with Account Directors.
• Help scope, design, and win RevOps opportunities.
• Develop repeatable processes and technical playbooks.
• Monitor project health and delivery risks.
