Job summary
Directive Consulting is a leading B2B performance marketing agency specializing in Salesforce, marketing automation, and HubSpot ecosystems. We seek an Associate Director, Revenue Operations to lead a client-facing RevOps team and drive strategic, technical success across Salesforce, marketing automation, and HubSpot.
You’ll partner with leadership to guide complex engagements, perform audits, and hands-on implementations while mentoring the team and delivering high-quality results for demanding
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Revenue Operations or related experience.
- Agency/consultancy environment experience.
- 1–2+ years of people management.
- Active Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Strong Salesforce Sales Cloud experience.
- Experience with at least one marketing automation platform outside Salesforce.
- Ability to translate technical findings for executives.
- Experience scoping engagements and defining deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor Revenue Operations team, manage workload and quality.
- Oversee client engagements and ensure high-quality work.
- Guide architecture, audits, integrations, and optimizations.
- Maintain hands-on involvement in client environments.
- Design lifecycle architecture, lead management, routing, and data governance.
- Communicate complex findings to senior stakeholders.
- Identify expansion and cross-sell opportunities.
- Support scoping, solution design, and new business conversations.
