Job summary

Directive Consulting is a leading B2B performance marketing agency that delivers real revenue through Revenue Operations leadership. This remote-first role blends people leadership with deep technical expertise across Salesforce, marketing automation, and HubSpot.

You will partner with the Director of Revenue Operations to mentor a team of RevOps Strategists, guide complex client engagements, and contribute hands-on in architecture, audits, implementations, and optimizations for challenging SaaS

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Revenue Operations or CRM/Marketing Operations
• Experience in agency or consultancy environments with multiple client engagements
• Active Salesforce Administrator Certification
• Hands-on with Salesforce Sales Cloud administration, solution design, implementation and troubleshooting
• Experience leading complex RevOps engagements like implementations, audits or migrations
• Hands-on with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot
• Strong understanding of lead lifecycle, routing, automation, integrations, attribution, reporting, and data governance
• Demonstrated client discovery and ability to translate findings for executives
• Experience scoping engagements and identifying dependencies
• Ability to drive new business opportunities and cross-sell
• Exceptional written and verbal communication for executive stakeholders
• Ability to be a true player-coach balancing leadership with hands-on work

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of Revenue Operations Solution Engineers
• Serve as escalation point for complex client and technical challenges
• Own or oversee strategic client relationships with high communication and delivery quality
• Lead and support Salesforce, HubSpot, and marketing automation audits, implementations, integrations and optimizations
• Provide hands-on expertise across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Account Engagement/Pardot, and HubSpot Marketing Hub
• Design lifecycle architecture, lead management, routing, automation, CRM/MAP integrations, attribution, reporting, and data governance
• Translate complex technical findings into clear recommendations for executives
• Review strategist work for technical accuracy and quality
• Partner with Account Directors to identify expansion and cross-sell opportunities
• Support scoping, solution design, and new business conversations for RevOps opportunities
• Help develop repeatable processes, playbooks, and technical standards as the practice scales
• Maintain visibility into project health, capacity, utilization, and delivery risks
