Readymode is seeking an experienced Account Manager to maintain and expand relationships with its existing client base. You will understand client needs, drive satisfaction, and identify opportunities for growth through strategic account planning and cross-functional collaboration. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years as Account Manager/Customer Success or similar in SaaS/tech.
• Proven success in client relationship management and achieving sales targets.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; strategic thinking for account plans.

Responsibilities

• Manage and expand relationships with existing clients.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet client objectives and ensure delivery.
• Develop account plans and strategies to hit revenue targets.
• Communicate client needs and feedback to ensure product and service satisfaction.
