Qualifications

  • 7-10 years’ experience in financial services, specifically in credit unions, banks, and insurers.
  • 5+ years’ experience in the delivery of programs or services in supervision, regulation, policy and/or risk.
  • Experience in developing and delivering training on technical subject matter to diverse audiences.
  • Experience in writing, reviewing, and editing regulatory technical documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Supports development and delivery of supervisory programs consistent with divisional standards.
  • Provides expertise for development of FSRA’s Risk-Based Supervisory Frameworks.
  • Leads or performs duties for regulatory rules and guidance development.
  • Conducts training for supervisors on Risk Based Supervisory Frameworks.
  • Participates in the risk-based supervisory assessment of financial institutions.
  • Supports projects representing interests in decision making.
