Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Risk Management.

  • Holding recognized certifications including Risk Management Professional (RMP) and Project Management Professional (PMP).
  • Experience of effective risk leadership on complex construction projects.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of risk tools, techniques, and software.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the implementation and management of risk management services.
  • Ensure that work is fully supported from a consulting standpoint.
  • Finalize the budget and delivery plan for risk management services.
  • Provide the final review and approval of planning material.
  • Review changes to ensure goals are achieved on the project.
  • Facilitate various project meetings focused on service initiatives.
  • Set and interpret service expectations while managing deliverables.
  • Build and maintain a positive, high-performing team culture.
  • Reinforce acceptable standards of workmanship.
  • Supervise staff performance objectives for excellence.
  • Promote an inclusive project environment.
  • Clarify quality control checks and resolve quality issues.
  • Prepare procedures and ensure compliance with risk management plans.
  • Develop risk breakdown structure aligned with project requirements.
  • Prepare and train on risk management materials.
  • Evaluate risk registers ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Perform quantitative cost and schedule risk analysis.
  • Review contractor progress reports for project risks.
  • Work closely with scheduling for detailed schedule assessments.
  • Liaise with cost to monitor contingency utilization.
