The Association for New Canadians (ANC) is seeking a Senior Project Manager (SPM) with a background in Engineering or Architecture, to lead the conversion of an ANC-owned property into a transitional housing facility. The project involves converting a former residence/dormitory into a multi-unit, transitional housing facility for newcomer individuals and families. The facility will include:
In addition to overseeing this project, the SPM will also play a key role in identifying and managing future transitional housing opportunities to address the increased demands for newcomer accommodations.
