Job summary

Lever, Inc. in Canada is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Employee Experience to lead a technology-focused work stream aimed at improving how distributed teams use tools, workflows, and AI-enabled processes.

You will design pilots, analyze qualitative and quantitative findings, and translate evidence into practical recommendations that inform operating models and change management across People, Technology, Communications, and Operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program management or related fields.
• Expertise in AI adoption, knowledge management, digital workflows, automation.
• Ability to lead cross-functional programs from concept to measurable outcomes.
• Experience designing and managing research initiatives, pilots, experiments.
• Familiar with distributed, hybrid, Virtual First work models.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive presence.
• Experience in distributed/Virtual First setups preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, roadmap, priorities, and outcomes of a technology-focused employee experience work stream.
• Design and lead organizational research, pilots, and experiments.
• Translate qualitative and quantitative research findings into actionable recommendations, frameworks, and operating models.
• Manage a portfolio of interconnected programs from scoping through enablement planning.
• Establish objectives, milestones, risks, dependencies, and reporting structures across the work stream.
• Facilitate cross-functional steering committees and initiatives across People, Technology, Communications, Operations, and other functions.
• Partner with People Analytics to establish research methodologies and evaluate outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to turn emerging insights into practical improvements to employee effectiveness.
