Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
• 9+ years as an HR Business Partner in fast-paced, global tech environments.
• 5+ years scaling HR models, processes, and best practices.
• 5+ years advising senior leaders on organizational design and workforce planning.
• 5+ years using HR data and analytics to interpret metrics.
• 5+ years attracting and developing top talent across distributed teams.
• Experience with distributed, hybrid, and global teams across time zones.
• 7+ years managing complex HR programs in agile, high-accountability settings.
• 5+ years handling employee relations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with priorities.
• Advise on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management.
• Lead core HR programs: performance, employee relations, talent development.
• Analyze engagement trends and compensation data to inform decisions.
• Design scalable HR frameworks to support growth and initiatives.
• Coach leaders to build high-performing teams and manage development.
• Drive global HR initiatives with program management and deadlines.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and Operations.
