Lever, Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Analyst based in Canada who is fluent in French and English.

This data-driven role focuses on turning complex information into actionable insights across product, operations, and customer success, with exposure to BI, product analytics, and AI-enabled workflows. You will present findings to business customers in both languages and drive growth opportunities, funnels, and reporting quality.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in BI or product analytics.
• Fluent French and English for cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience presenting insights to stakeholders.
• Strong SQL, BI platforms, and data workflows.
• Familiarity with dbt and lightweight scripting (Python/R).
• Ability to connect analytics to product and business priorities.
• Comfort with AI tools and evaluating outputs.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using Looker, Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver analysis informing decisions.
• Analyze activation, conversion, engagement, retention, and funnel trends.
• Identify opportunities, track performance, and define metrics.
• Automate recurring reports using SQL, dbt, and lightweight scripting.
• Ensure data quality and reliability of pipelines and dashboards.
• Develop partner-facing analytics and present findings in French and English.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Finance, Data, and Eng.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis and enable self-service.
• Validate AI outputs for privacy and business relevance.
• Share best practices and contribute to analytics initiatives.
