Job summary
Lever, Inc. is seeking an experienced Responsable Agile (Scrum Master) based in Canada.
This senior Agile leadership role focuses on maximizing value and predictability of technology delivery teams, building high-performing autonomous squads and advancing Agile practices across the org. You will drive delivery performance management, facilitate ceremonies, mitigate risks, and coordinate cross-functional work with Product Owners, tech leads, developers, and business stakeholders to align
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Recognized Scrum certification such as CSM, PSM, or equivalent.
- 5–8 years of experience as a Scrum Master or agile delivery role.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices; Kanban and flow management a plus.
- Hands-on familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
- Understand dependencies, software architecture, and coordinating complex initiatives.
- Proven ability to improve delivery performance and predictability across teams.
- Strong leadership, facilitation, and communication skills; bilingual in French & English.
Responsibilities
- Provide visibility into delivery progress, risks, and dependencies with Product Owners.
- Improve velocity, predictability, and value creation while focusing on outcomes.
- Track delivery metrics with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and remove obstacles for reliable delivery.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies to support decision-making, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Coach teams toward greater autonomy and Agile maturity.
- Collaborate with Scrum Masters and leaders to evolve Agile practices across the org.
- Align technical objectives with business priorities with Product Owners.
- Coordinate dependencies across Data, AI, DevOps, Backend, and Product teams.
