Job summary

Lever, Inc. is partnering to hire a Forward Deployed Strategist based in Canada.

You will embed with enterprise customers to translate business needs into actionable AI initiatives, serving as the product manager for customer AI programs and coordinating across strategy, product, and engineering teams. You will drive adoption, create practical AI workflows, and deliver measurable business outcomes while maintaining alignment with executives and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in client-facing consulting, strategy, product or project management.
• Experience with IT/AI-focused consulting at top firms preferred.
• Experience in forward-deployed roles or AI startups highly valued.
• Hands-on use of LLMs and AI workflow tools in professional settings.
• Ability to explain complex AI concepts to executives and non-technical teams.
• Strong structured thinking, problem solving, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Embed with enterprise customers as a strategic partner to drive measurable impact.
• Lead discovery to identify AI adoption opportunities and priorities.
• Act as product manager for customer AI initiatives, defining success metrics.
• Translate requests into clear, prioritized engineering requirements.
• Develop project plans with timelines, risks, and milestones.
• Keep executives aligned with concise updates and roadmaps.
• Facilitate workshops to help non-technical teams build AI workflows.
• Mentor teams on deciding what tasks to delegate to AI and how to execute.
