Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect (Pre-Sales) in Canada to guide customers through modern architectures, data platforms, and cloud-enabled transformations. You will drive technical discovery, demonstrations, and proof-of-value engagements for customers ranging from startups to large enterprises.

You will collaborate with sales teams, design scalable solutions, and mentor peers while staying current with cloud, AI/ML, and security patterns. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• 8–11 years in customer-facing technology roles.
• 5–7 years in pre-sales within enterprise software.
• Designing scalable and highly available distributed systems in cloud and/or on-premises.
• Understanding of enterprise software architecture and cloud technologies.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills; able to explain complex concepts to execs.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, highly available systems and infrastructure for complex environments.
• Advise on architecture patterns, data platforms, and modern application design.
• Analyze architectures and recommend scalability, reliability, and performance improvements.
• Collaborate with sales on account planning and technical strategy.
• Own technical aspects of opportunities: discovery, demos, proof-of-value, sizing, and docs.
• Build trusted relationships with technical and business stakeholders.
• Coordinate resources around customer objectives; mentor peers.
