Job summary

affirm is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Consumer Payments to shape how customers repay and pay with Affirm. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Finance, Design, and Partnerships to define payment experiences, run experiments, and guide the roadmap from discovery to launch.

You will focus on customer-driven improvements, balancing performance, cost, and risk while collaborating with design and analytics to deliver scalable, cost-efficient solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Analytical rigor—use data and experiments to drive decisions.
• Curiosity about customers and ability to identify where experiences break down.
• Experience discussing system design and tradeoffs with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Improve how customers pay with Affirm and create new payment experiences.
• Lead end-to-end discovery to launch, turning ambiguous inputs into a clear plan.
• Design and run experiments to improve conversion, payment success, and cost.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Finance, Design, and Partnerships to shape a strategic roadmap.
