Affirm is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Consumer Payments to create new payment experiences that simplify repayments and improve success rates. You’ll collaborate with design, engineering, analytics, and finance to ensure safe, cost-effective processing and a superior user experience.

This remote-first role emphasizes customer insight, experiments, and data-driven decisions, with a strong cross‑functional influence across Product, Engineering, and Partnerships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Analytical rigor with data-driven decision-making.
• Curiosity about customers and how experiences break down.
• Ability to discuss system tradeoffs with engineers.
• Proven track record from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Clear communication that aligns cross-functional teams.
• Bonus for payments/fintech/e-commerce exposure.

Responsabilités

• Create new payment experiences to improve repaying ease and success.
• Design and run experiments to boost conversion and cost efficiency.
• Shape how payments are processed safely and cost‑effectively.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, Design, and Partnerships.
• Identify high-impact bets and present sequencing to leaders.
• Drive an ambitious roadmap delivering customer and business outcomes.
