Job summary

Affirm is a remote-first company delivering clear payment experiences. We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager for Consumer Payments to shape how customers repay, improve payment success, and define safe, cost-effective processing.

You will work across Product, Engineering, Analytics, Finance, Design, and Partnerships to drive a data-driven roadmap with a strong customer focus, in a remote-friendly environment across Canada.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Analytical rigor: comfortable with data and experiments.
• Curiosity about customers and problem areas.
• Experience communicating with engineers about system tradeoffs.
• Track record from discovery to launch with iteration.

Responsibilities

• Improve how customers pay with Affirm.
• Lead experiments to improve conversion and payment success.
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Analytics, Finance, Design, and Partnerships.
• Shape payment processing for safety and cost efficiency.
• Define sequencing and drive a roadmap with senior leadership.
