Job summary

Affirm’s Credit & Pricing team seeks a Staff Product Manager to shape consumer credit experiences across shopping, repayment, and marketing. You’ll own the strategy for credit experiences and partner with design, engineering, and analytics to turn complex capabilities into intuitive products.

You’ll set direction, build personalized journeys, and use experimentation to improve activation, conversion, and engagement while supporting responsible access to credit.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in fintech, e-commerce, or related fields.
• Able to set direction for a major product area and align multiple teams.
• Strong ability to translate complex systems into intuitive experiences.
• Experience with credit, lending, personalization, or AI-powered consumer experiences is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set the product direction with a cohesive vision for consumer credit experiences.
• Build experiences that make credit understandable for shoppers.
• Develop personalized consumer journeys using research and experimentation.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Design, Analytics, Credit, Marketing, Commercial, and Legal.
