Affirm is seeking a Senior Product Manager to create new payment experiences and improve repayment flows. You will work at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Analytics, Finance, Design, and Partnerships to deliver scalable financial products that help customers manage their money with confidence.

You will lead with empathy, use research and data to inform decisions, and drive an ambitious roadmap that delivers customer and business outcomes while balancing risk and cost.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Analytical rigor: use data and experiments to inform decisions.
• Curiosity about customers and where experiences break down.
• Experience collaborating with engineers on system tradeoffs.
• Track record from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Clear communication and influence across teams and leaders.
• Bonus: payments, fintech, or e-commerce experience.
