Job summary

Affirm is a remote-first company seeking a Senior Product Manager for Consumer Payments. You will create new payment experiences to make repaying easier, improve success rates, and define how payments are processed safely and cost-efficiently.

This highly cross-functional role partners across Product, Engineering, Analytics, Finance, Design and Partnerships to deliver measurable outcomes. You will own discovery through launch, design experiments, and drive a high-impact roadmap while

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Analytical and data-driven decision making using experiments and customer insights.
• Curiosity about customers and ability to identify breaking points.
• Ability to discuss system design and tradeoffs with engineers.
• Experience taking products from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Strong communication to align cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Improve how customers pay with Affirm.
• Focus on customer, uncovering where paying breaks down through research and data.
• Create new payment experiences from discovery to launch.
• Design and run experiments to improve conversion, payment success, and cost.
• Shape how payments are processed safely and cost-effectively.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, Design, and Partnerships to explore opportunities and sequencing.
• Drive an ambitious roadmap delivering customer and business outcomes, presenting to senior leaders.
