Your Opportunity

One Permanent Full Time Position

We’re looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to support our Supply & Trading, and Commercial teams. You’ll be the strategic people advisor to senior leaders in a fast‑paced, market‑driven environment helping great talent do their best work and scale impact.

What you will contribute to our team by:
  • Partner with Supply & Trading, as well as Commercial teams, to shape people strategies that enable performance and growth.
  • Lead talent management, succession planning, and organization design for high‑impact teams.
  • Coach leaders on performance, feedback, and career development; elevate manager capability and team engagement.
  • Drive targeted recruitment and retention strategies tailored to competitive trading/commercial markets.
  • Champion culture, employee engagement, and DEIB—making the employee experience positive and inclusive.
  • Navigate complex employee relations matters with sound judgment, support change and transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR centers of expertise (Total Rewards, Recruitment, etc.) to deliver seamless solutions.
What you bring to the role:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally supporting trading, commercial, energy, or similarly high‑velocity functions.
  • A track record of influencing senior leaders, building trust, and delivering outcomes.
  • Strength in organization design, talent/succession, workforce planning, and change leadership.
  • Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and problem‑solving skills; high integrity and discretion.
  • Business‑savvy, action‑oriented, and comfortable operating with urgency and accountability.
