You will manage field operations, verify safety and quality, coordinate with the Mitigation Manager, and drive timely project completion. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in restoration, mitigation, and field operations.
• Senior-level field leadership experience.
• Ability to perform hands-on mitigation tasks when required.
• Familiarity with IICRC standards and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field projects ensuring scope accuracy, drying strategy, and progress.
• Coach Crew Chiefs and Technicians to stay on schedule and safe.
• Identify field issues and remove roadblocks before escalations.
• Verify measurements, documentation, and compliance with standards.
