Job summary

First Onsite Property Restoration is seeking a Project Manager II to oversee restoration projects from estimation to completion. You will lead teams, manage budgets, and ensure safety and quality while communicating clearly with homeowners, adjusters, and insurers.

As a mentor to junior PMs and supervisors, you’ll drive profitability and client satisfaction across Canada, starting with Ottawa. Strong planning, leadership, and problem solving are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager I or equivalent in restoration or construction.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of restoration practices, safety regulations, and building codes.
• Experience reading plans, developing scopes, and negotiating with clients and adjusters.
• Skilled communicator with strong organization and time management abilities.
• IICRC WRT/FSRT certifications and Xactimate familiarity are assets.

Responsibilities

• Own restoration projects from kickoff to completion with precision and purpose.
• Scope losses, prepare detailed estimates, and manage budgets for profitability.
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and materials to keep work on schedule.
• Engage homeowners, adjusters, and insurers to build trust and align expectations.
• Mentor junior project managers and supervisors to ensure consistency.
• Prioritize safety, quality, and client experience on every job.
