Job summary

Paul Davis is seeking a Mitigation Technician to help homeowners recover from disasters. You will perform water mitigation, tarping, mold remediation, and related services while prioritizing excellent customer care.

The role requires teamwork, on-call availability, and the ability to lift heavy loads. Training and advancement opportunities are offered, with a supportive company culture and strong emphasis on safety and quality.

  • Valid driver's license with a clean record.
  • Ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed.
  • Ability to lift 75 LBS frequently.
  • Desire to continually learn new things.

Responsibilities

  • Perform water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement and carpet cleaning per industry standards.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and communicate with clients professionally.
  • Keep the work truck clean, stocked, and organized; maintain equipment.
  • Be reachable by phone and participate in on-call scheduling as required.
  • Assist in warehousing and facility tasks when needed.
  • Support teammates and lead when required to ensure project success.

Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities):
  • High level performance of water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager.
  • Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.
  • Maintain a clean, properly stocked and organized truck and maintain all company equipment.
  • Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule.
  • Assist in warehousing and facility related tasks when necessary.
  • You will assist other team members as you see opportunities arise and be a leader for the team when needed.
