A modern jewelry brand in Toronto is seeking a Senior Manager IT to oversee IT infrastructure and operations. The Senior Manager IT is a key member of our Technology team, reporting directly to the CTO and managing one direct report. You’ll oversee IT infrastructure across offices, stores, and fulfillment centers while driving vendor management, security, and compliance initiatives. Acting as both a strategic partner and hands-on operator, you’ll ensure reliable IT performance, support cross-functional teams, and champion organizational security. This is a high-visibility role with impact across the business, balancing day-to-day stability with long-term scalability.
