Questrade Financial Group seeks a Senior Manager, Demand Generation to lead end-to-end multi-channel campaigns—from onboarding to activation and cross-sell—driving customer value in a dynamic fintech environment. You will partner with Product, Growth Marketing, Analytics, and Creative teams to deliver measurable ROI.

The role balances strategic planning with hands-on execution and requires strong leadership to mentor a growing team within a hybrid work setting in Canada.

Competenze

• 5–7 years of lifecycle marketing, customer engagement, or growth marketing experience.
• Experience with onboarding, cross-sell, or promotion programs.
• Familiarity with marketing automation and analytics platforms.

• Own end-to-end demand generation campaigns across multiple channels.
• Design and optimize onboarding, activation, and cross-sell strategies.
