Fintel Connect, a fast-growing fintech marketing platform, is seeking a Senior Growth Marketer in Vancouver to build and optimize demand generation across priority audiences and accounts. You will lead paid acquisition programs, plan campaigns, and work with Sales to drive pipeline growth.

You will apply ABM, lifecycle marketing, and CRO concepts to improve the buyer journey and continuously optimize performance based on data insights. This is a hands-on role in a collaborative marketing team.

Competenze

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in SaaS/fintech or financial services.
• Experience developing or executing B2B demand-generation programs.
• Experience planning and managing paid acquisition campaigns.
• Comfortable using campaign data to improve performance.

Mansioni

• Plan and manage paid acquisition campaigns across priority channels.
• Develop audience targeting and channel recommendations based on ICP.
• Manage campaigns from planning through optimization with a focus on qualified demand and pipeline.
• Test audiences, messaging, offers, creative and landing pages to improve performance.
• Review channel performance and advise on scaling and investment adjustments.
• Collaborate with Content and Design on campaign creative and messaging.
• Turn GTM priorities into demand-generation campaigns for priority accounts.
• Build campaign plans defining audience, buyer needs, offer, channels, and success measures.
• Support and execute ABM initiatives with Sales and coordinate channel efforts across paid, email, content, events, partnerships.
• Identify new opportunities to reach priority audiences and accounts.
• Track campaign performance, lead quality and pipeline contribution.
• Ensure programs are tracked and measurable with Marketing Operations.
• Review performance across acquisition, conversion, lead quality and pipeline.
• Identify what works, what could improve, and what should be tested next.
• Turn campaign data into practical recommendations.
