Jobgether SRL in Canada is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to shape data-driven strategies guiding users from onboarding to long-term retention. You will oversee lifecycle campaigns across a diverse portfolio of digital products, delivering personalized experiences that drive growth.

Work with creative, product, and analytics teams to take campaigns from strategy through execution and measurement.

Formación

• 4–8 years in lifecycle marketing or similar roles.
• Experience building lifecycle programs from ground up.
• Strong data analysis and segmentation skills.
• Proficiency with CEPs such as Braze; familiarity with Segment, Mixpanel, Preset.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and oversee lifecycle strategies across product portfolio using in-app notifications, banners, push notifications, and modals.
• Define channel strategies, messaging, and journeys for onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention.
• Manage end-to-end campaigns: planning, targeting, implementation, QA, and performance analysis.
• Build and maintain an experimentation roadmap across lifecycle channels with testing and optimization.
• Personalize communications using customer data to improve user experience at key lifecycle points.
• Measure results, interpret data, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for growth.
• Coordinate multiple campaigns and experiments to ensure timely delivery and evaluation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align lifecycle initiatives with product and growth goals.
