Senior Inside Sales Representative

Kerr Controls Ltd. (Kerr) is a leading distributor of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration Equipment, and Supplies. We have an opening for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Inside Sales Representative to join our Moncton, NB team.

As a key member of the branch, the Senior Inside Sales Representative provides expert product knowledge, leadership, and customer service to drive sales and support both customers and team members. This role is ideal for a sales professional with strong wholesale experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys mentoring others while managing high-value customer relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert product knowledge and solutions for HVAC/R customers and complex accounts.
  • Consistently exceed sales targets and drive significant revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and suppliers.
  • Handle escalated or high-value sales opportunities and customer inquiries.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient order entry, pricing, and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with the outside sales team to generate accurate quotes, process and monitor customer sales orders, and ensure timely follow-up and support.
  • Advanced computer proficiency with experience using sales, inventory, and customer management software.
  • Participate in training and development programs and assist with onboarding and mentoring new employees.

  • Previous wholesale Inside Sales experience and strong HVAC/R product knowledge are required.
  • Must possess intermediate computer skills.
