Job summary

FCC is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner in Canada. You will act as a trusted advisor to executive leaders, translating business priorities into people strategies and leading initiatives that enhance organizational performance and leadership capability.

You'll partner with HR Centres of Excellence and build cross-divisional relationships to balance risk, fairness, and business needs while advancing enterprise outcomes in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, or a related field.
• At least ten years of progressive HR experience with senior leaders.
• Strong business acumen with ability to align people strategies with priorities.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic advisor to senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and culture.
• Translate business strategies into integrated HR plans supporting short- and long-term goals.
• Use workforce analytics to anticipate risks and inform evidence-based decisions.
• Communicate complex data into clear narratives for leaders to act on.
• Coach leaders and manage cross-functional relationships to drive outcomes.
• Lead change initiatives, including restructures and role clarity, with proper readiness.
