Norton Rose Fulbright Canada in Toronto is seeking an HR & Talent Manager to lead the HR team and partner with local and national teams. The role focuses on providing strategic HR support to practice and business services groups in Toronto and Ottawa, guiding the team and serving as an escalation point.

This position offers a hybrid work setup with involvement in payroll, recruitment, onboarding, leaves, performance management, salary reviews and budget management, while advancing HR initiatives

Qualifications

Post-secondary education in business administration or human resources management.
CHRL designation strongly preferred.
Experience leading HR teams in a professional services environment.

Responsibilities

Act as strategic HR business partner for Toronto and Ottawa offices.
Manage HR team and oversee recruitment, onboarding and payroll.
Lead performance management, salary reviews and leaves processes.
Oversee HR operations, budgets and vendor approvals.
Support national HR initiatives and policy interpretation.
