Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources or related field.
• 9+ years of core HR Business Partner experience in global tech organizations.
• 5+ years building and scaling HR models, frameworks and processes.
• 5+ years advising senior leaders on org design and change management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align people strategy with goals.
• Serve as trusted advisor on workforce planning and org design.
• Lead and support core HR programs: performance, relations, org effectiveness.
• Diagnose organizational health with data analytics and compensation insights.
• Design scalable HR frameworks to support growth and product initiatives.
• Coach leaders to build strong teams and manage performance.
• Drive global HR initiatives with strong program management.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence and HR Operations.
• Address employee relations and compliance with confidentiality.
• Leverage Generative AI to automate routine tasks.
