Job description

Chandos is growing across Canada and were looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support our Operations teams. Reporting to the Senior Manager HR Business Partnering youll bring strong generalist expertise professional presence and the confidence to lead conversations influence decisions and support people with clarity and conviction.

In this role youll provide fullspectrum HR support to your districts including employee relations workforce planning leader coaching and organizational change. Youll also manage a portion of salaried recruitment and work closely with Field Coordinators who lead hourly hiring across the organization.

Youll partner with our Strategic Recruitment team to ensure your hiring activities align with established best practices and recruitment standards and youll collaborate with HR Program and Policy teams to support broader initiatives across talent total rewards employee relations and HR technology.

This role includes travel to district locations to build strong inperson relationships and provide handson support.

What Youll Do
  • Provide daytoday HR support across the full employee lifecycle

  • Use HR data and insights to support decisionmaking
  • Champion a positive inclusive valuesdriven culture
Qualifications
  • 510 years of progressive HR generalist or HRBP experience
  • Strong experience with HRIS/HRMS platforms and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Bachelors degree or Diploma in HR Business Administration Organizational Development or a related field
  • Confident communication skills and the ability to influence and guide leaders
  • Proven ability to navigate complex situations with professionalism and discretion
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfort working independently while staying connected to a distributed team
  • A proactive solutionsoriented approach and willingness to take the lead
  • Commitment to diversity equity inclusion and valuesdriven leadership
  • Travel required to support district teams
  • Bonus: CPHR or RPR designation
