Qualifications

• Experience building data-driven GTM automation pipelines.
• Ability to translate buying signals into automated GTM actions.
• Strong understanding of CRM automation and data enrichment.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical infrastructure behind the GTM strategy.
• Develop data-driven systems and automations to improve commercial efficiency.
• Build automated processes to enrich data, assess ICP fit, and evaluate purchase intent.
• Develop and scale personalized outbound campaigns based on customer data.
• Implement intelligent lead/account prioritization and routing based on fit, intent, engagement.
• Maintain CRM automations and data flows connecting CRM with GTM tech stack.
• Develop and scale integrations using Clay, n8n, APIs, and webhooks.
• Design and run experiments to measure performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Systematize successful experiments into repeatable, scalable processes.
• Continuously optimize GTM infrastructure to improve pipeline and revenue outcomes.
