Job summary

SendLint is hiring a GTM Engineer / GTM Operations Lead to design and own the end-to-end go-to-market system. You will build outbound lists, run demos on client campaigns, and onboard teams, shaping the product roadmap with verbatim customer feedback.

You’ll work directly with the founder, owning outcomes from day one. This is a builder role at a small Toronto-based team, with remote Canada-wide work and regular in-person sessions in Toronto.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a GTM role (sales, RevOps, growth, marketing ops or customer success)
• Hands-on with GTM tooling: Apollo, Clay, HubSpot or similar CRM
• Comfortable with data: build a list, measure a funnel
• Clear, direct writing for QA leads and email producers
• Bias for action: ship the experiment and decide next steps

Responsibilities

• Building and running outbound lists, sequences and follow-ups for agencies and internal teams
• Running demos and proof-of-concepts on real campaigns
• Onboarding new customers and setting up campaigns
• Owning the funnel end-to-end from demo to trial and conversion
• Running launches and channels (LinkedIn, directories, partnerships, paid search)
• Translating customer feedback into product requests
