Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Global GTM Talent Lead based in Canada to drive hiring strategy for a high-growth revenue organization. You will partner with the CRO, lead regional recruiting leaders, and oversee end-to-end recruitment across North America, LATAM, EMEA, the UAE, and APAC in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Global Talent Leadership experience in hypergrowth with hundreds to thousands of hires annually across regions.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality hires while meeting aggressive targets and business priorities.
• Experience advising C‑suite executives and shaping workforce planning strategies.
• Ability to partner with Finance, RevOps and commercial leadership to translate business needs into hiring plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global GTM hiring strategy for the revenue organization across regions.
• Forecast workforce needs with CRO, RevOps, Finance and Talent leadership.
• Lead regional recruiting leaders and build a high-performing international team.
• Coach managers, align resources with business priorities, and ensure consistent hiring standards.
• Embed rigorous assessment practices and data-driven metrics across recruitment.
• Leverage AI and automation to improve efficiency while preserving human judgment.
